Ours is a small farm by the Missouri River where we’re growing (Montana Department of Agriculture) certified organic: seed spices, alfalfa and grass hay, specialty grains and medicinal seeds. We also make custom certified organic feeds for poultry. Our goal is to farm in community- by sharing the farm with complementary enterprises and people, and by offering friends and others ways to connect to land, plants, animals and each other. We think if Montana agriculture is to survive and thrive, it will require innovative ownership structures, greater enterprise diversity and closer connections to customers- all characteristics of our farm.
