Jim has been growing, marketing, and promoting organically certified produce, grains, legumes, oil seeds and coffee for nearly three decades.Barnstormers is now featuring “Fair Trade” organically certified Café Mam Coffee which is grown and processed by a cooperative of Mayan farmers in Chiapas, Mexico. The Cooperative owns their own small farms, processing facilities, and receives “Fair Trade” prices for their coffee. Café Mam is shade grown, bird friendly, high altitude, European grade coffee. Two percent (2%) of sales are donated for pesticide reform.
