AERO's 35th Annual Meeting

35th Annual Meeting a Great Success!
A record 165 people gathered for AERO's 35th Annual Meeting in Livingston this year. The weekend meeting featured round table discussions, theatrical performances by Tappin' Our Roots, a keynote address by AERO's founding director, Kye Cochran, and an inspiring round-up of 12 projects being directed by people younger than 35.

Participants in the meeting joined local activists in an international day of climate action calling for a global climate change treaty. Rallies all around the world drew attention to the number 350, recognized by climate scientists as the safe upper limit of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. For more information and pictures from around the world, visit 350.org. AERO's 350 picture was also featured on the Real Food Challenge website. As part of the rally we collected 251 pounds of Montana-grown food, which was donated to the Livingston Food Pantry.
